1. About this service

Nettur Diacare Online is an online tele-consultation service for diabetes and related conditions, operated by Dr. Keerthana Madhu Anand (KSMC Reg. no. 60594). By booking an appointment you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book your own appointment. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a minor. You must provide accurate, complete information.

3. Nature of tele-consultation

  • Tele-consultation has limitations (no physical examination, dependence on the information you share).
  • The doctor may decline to consult or may ask you to seek in-person care if appropriate.
  • Tele-consultation is not for emergencies. If you may have an emergency, call 108 or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

4. Fees and refunds

Fees, if any, are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds for unattended consultations or technical failures on our side will be processed within a reasonable period. Refunds are at the discretion of the clinic.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us before your slot. We reserve the right to cancel a slot due to clinical or technical reasons, in which case you will be offered a replacement slot or refund.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not share doctor's notes, prescriptions, or any clinic content publicly without consent.
  • Do not impersonate any person or submit false information.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or records other than your own.

7. Doctor accounts

Doctor accounts are enrolled by the clinic administrator. Each doctor is responsible for safeguarding their credentials, maintaining confidentiality of patient records, and complying with applicable medical-council guidelines.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the use of this service is limited to the fee paid for the specific consultation in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
