How does the appointment get confirmed?

After you submit the booking form, we check doctor availability at your preferred slot, your doctor then personally reviews your details and confirms the slot within 24 hours. You will be appropriately notified via email and WhatsApp.

Is this suitable for emergencies?

Accepted Answer

NO. Tele-consultation is not suitable for emergency care. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, it may be a medical emergency, and you need to visit the Casualty of your nearest hospital immediately.
